||Telesales Executive – Kent – £16,500 Basic plus commission £20k-£30k 1st year OTE
We are recruiting for a talented, driven and ambitious Telesales Executive to join a small Sales team within our clients wider Customer Service department.
This is a service driven telesales role so whilst it will involve cold calling – though mostly to old customers or people who have requested information – the ethos is very much to provide customers with top quality service throughout and not to just complete transactions and move on.
Our client is looking for someone who is motivated by success and money of course, after all it is a sales role with targets and the opportunity to earn commission but they require someone who is imaginative, a confident communicator and able to manage his/her own customer base and diary. As well as proactively contacting customers by phone you will also be handling all correspondence with them through the sales cycle as well, so effective time management and organisational skills are very important too.
Being part of a small team you should be confident and adaptable, work well with others and be able to share and bounce ideas with other people and take advice and guidance whilst you build up your client base.
This is a challenging position, you’ll need to be driven and resilient, sales is a tough role but the rewards are there if you’re willing to work hard to earn them.
The commission is tiered and so the more sales revenue you generate the more you’re able to earn. In your first year depending on how quickly you’re up to speed you could earn anything between £20,000 and £30,000 if you match targets, more if you beat them!
This role is based in Kent and although there are some public transport links it would be useful if you had your own transport due to their location.
